A book that dives into the spiritual side of preparing food for those you love. Including the historical magical uses of different herbs and spices. Written by Sky Alexander this makes a great companion to the series from Arin Murphy-Hiscock, “The Green Witch”.
The Book of Tea (1906) by Okakura Kakuzo has long become a classic.
It was created by a passionate Japanese scholar whose life was devoted to renew and spread the values of the East in the same moment in which his own country seemed to deny them in order to embrace Western culture.
This new edition has an important apparatus of over 200 notes to explain the contents of the book and supply all the information needed to understand it fully (concepts of Eastern philosophy, history, geography, biographical information), something that so far has never been done.
An “impossibly endearing” (Sarah Penner, New York Times bestselling author) debut novel about three clairvoyant sisters who face an unexpected twist of Fate at the bottom of their own delicate porcelain cups.
Ever since the untimely death of their parents, Anne, Beatrix, and Violet Quigley have made a business of threading together the stories that rest in the swirls of ginger, cloves, and cardamon that lie at the bottom of their customers’ cups. Their days at the teashop are filled with talk of butterflies and good fortune intertwined with the sound of cinnamon shortbread being snapped by laced fingers.
That is, until the Council of Witches comes calling with news that the city Diviner has lost her powers, and the sisters suddenly find themselves being pulled in different directions.

An empowering and easy to understand guide to understanding oracle card readings. This guide is easy to use with any oracle card deck as it focuses more on intuitive reading rather than meanings. The book takes the reader on an in-depth journey through all aspects of oracle card reading.
Throughout the book there are activities and practices the reader can do with their own cards, making it an experiential book that is easy and fun to work with but still contains opportunities for deep work and spiritual and intuitive development.
About Us:
Founded in 2021 and opened its first original location in Pioneer Square in 2023. Our goal was, and is, to demystify and decolonize tea. Steeped leaves, roots and flowers have been consumed all across the word and all through time.
Michelle Ishimitsu (She/They): Founder and Dreamer (but I hope, not the only one): Born to a Japanese father and a half Cherokee mother, though kind people, they were not ready or able to care for a child. I was taken in by my Japanese Grandparents, Nisei. My life would be shaped by the aftermath of the Japanese incarceration and the havoc it wreaked on the mental and emotional health of my grandfather. But most importantly by good food, strong parenting that focused on honor, respect and dignity and how surprising good Kirkland brand Green Tea was or as my O'Bachan called it, Matcha.
Mike Piper (He/Him for now): Co-Founder and Wanderer (but not lost): He is currently out wandering and will bring you his story soon…or later, who knows.
“I am passionate about bringing people together. The conversations that happen in this shop are inspiring!”
